The International Group of Chambers of Commerce (IGCC), established on the initiative of the President of Italian Chamber of Commerce CCIIP Vittorio Hemsi in 2005 to create a united platform of communication for the international business community with Polish Government.

Each Chamber being member of IGCC is identically represented in the Board and able to contribute to define the action plans and activities of the organization while activities of any Chamber organizing events and meetings with Authorities for its members is better coordinated . Starting with four Chambers as founders , CCIIP-BPCC- AMCHAM-CCFP , today IGCC is grouping 13 Chambers of Commerce representing 16 Countries and 2000 companies employing hundreds of thousands people, meaning close to 90% of foreign investments in the Country.

Poland, for all the companies who invested and trusted in this market , represents an important partner able to growth and develop, with a great opportunity to attract significantly more foreign direct investment in different economic sectors. The knowledge across Western Europe about what Poland means in a business sense, after Euro 2012 proudly and greatly organized , has definitely improved and positive effects will soon appear.

Now is the time for IGCC to help creating the best framework for investments and growth bringing the international business community experience. Meetings with key Ministers IGCC organizes gives the unique opportunity to present directly the crucial business issues we wish to address to the Government , but also gives us an occasion to be presented the plans and the vision the Polish Leaders have for the future. The role of IGCC is to keep and actively develop the friendly relations with the Government and support the process to make Poland more and more attractive for the foreign investors.

IGCC Presidency

Every Chamber has a Presidency for every half a year.
